Makeup and it's different faces


Through advanced technology we have seen the beauty industry grow. From foundations, to tinted moisturizer, BB creams, CC creams and now DD creams? It's no wonder why women love makeup so much, they can instantly transform one’s look by playing with different colours, shapes, shadow and light to create a face. I will show you THE POWER OF MAKEUP!


ENHANCE 

 "I want to look polished and enhance all my features!"


NATURAL BEAUTY

Are you all about enhancing what your momma gave you? It's all about enhancing our best features.
- Apply a light foundation (Nars: Sheer Glow) paired with a rose blush to create a radiant complexion.
- Tidy and groom brows with a sweep of tinted brow gel (Bobbi Brown: Natural Brow Shaper) and some powder to fill and shape. 
- Completed with a soft brown shadow (MAC: Charcoal Brown) blended out towards the eye socket, finished with a soft pencil eyeliner, smoked and blended and a few pumps of mascara.
 - A muted 'your lips but better' colour (YSL: Rouge Volupte Shine no. 9) 








SCULPT AND DEFINE

SOPHISTICATED CHIC

The key element of this look are the brows, lips and eyes.
-  Define and shape the brows by using a brow pencil to shape and fill in sparse areas. Seal with a clear brow gel.
- Suck in those cheeks and work in the bronzer (Benefit Hoola) to sculpt, and highlight those cheeks with a glistening liquid highlighter (Nars: Albatross)
- A Cat flick and a matt red lippy (Rimmel: Kate Moss 111) to finish it off.




DRAMA 

"I’m feel glamorous and sexy tonight, I want to look desirable!"


SEXY GLAMOUR 

It’s all in the eyes baby! Keep the eyes matt and illuminate the skin!
- Add light and luminosity to the skin (YSL: Touche Eclat). Apply under the eyes, down the nose and chin. 
- Apply a matte dusty rose blush (NYX Dusty Rose) to sculpt the cheek whilst adding a natural rose flush of colour.
- Add DRAMA using a smoky pallete of greys, blacks and silvers to create an enchanting gaze. Finish it off with some lashes and a sweep of mascara. 
- Keep the lips muted with an almost nude lip colour toped with gloss for a sensual voluptuous lips (YSL Glossy Stains 27). Go red if you dare!







PLAY WITH YOUR BEST ASSETS

 "I want to look cute with some charm!"


CUTE AND QUIRKY

If you have freckles, Great! Don’t cover them.
-  Use a lightweight formula (YSL: Le Teint Touche Eclat) to blur any minor redness and discolouration. 
- Apply a champagne eyeshadow to the base of the eyelid. (MAC: Paint Pot Bare Study)
-  A peach or white eyeliner on the lower water line and pump those lashes up.
-  Create a cute pout using a statement lippy (Rimmel Kate Moss 107). Trace the lip line to create defined crisp pout. (YSL Touche Eclat)
